On December 4, 2009 Governor Rick Perry recognized the service and contributions of Beach City resident, and Chambers County Republican Party Secretary, Rusty Senac for being named Volunteer of the Year (VOY) by the Republican Party of Texas (RPT) for Senate District 4.

** Date Change ** CHAMBERS COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY
The CCRP will hold its Regular Busniess Meeting on THURSDAY, April 22, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at Tony's Barbeque in ANAHUAC, Texas
Please note this is an Organizational Meeting to swear in Precinct Chairs, make appointments to to fill vacancies, etc. AND a Statutory Meeting to canvas election results from the April 13th run-off.
The meetings are open and all Republican members are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings.

The next Regular Meeting of the CCRW will be Monday, May 10th, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. at Tony's BBQ in Mont Belvieu.
It's almost time to renew your membership or join the Chambers Republican Party. The membership year runs from June 1 - May 31. Dues are $25 per person/year. Look for renewal information on this site, our Facebook page, or in the mail!

In May 2007, the 80th Texas Legislature voted to amend the pledge to the Texas flag by adding the words, "one state under God." Governor Rick Perry signed the bill on June 15, 2007 making the change effective immediately. The pledge to the Texas flag is as follows:
"Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible."
